
At Korgfjellet, there are several well-marked hiking trails suitable for both short and long hikes, all starting from Korgfjellet Mountain Lodge. Here is an overview of some of the hiking trails:
Shorter Hikes
- Svalvasshaugen: This hike only takes 5 minutes from the mountain lodge and offers a 360-degree view of the mountain area, including Okstindan and Lukttindan.
- The Lean-to Shelter: A short walk to a lean-to shelter at the start of the trail. It is accessible for wheelchairs, rollators, and strollers.
- Murfjellet: A local trail featuring art by children and young people. The trail is well-marked and has an information board with a map at the starting point.
- Ørntinden: A 6 km round-trip trail considered moderately challenging. It takes approximately 1.5–2 hours to complete.


Longer Hikes
- Marked hiking trails of 4 and 8 km: From the mountain lodge, there are several prepared and marked trails in easy mountain terrain.
- Towards Rabothytta: Korgfjellet is a suitable starting point for hikes towards the popular DNT cabin Rabothytta.
Winter Activities
- Ski Terrain: In winter, the area is a popular skiing area. From the mountain lodge, there are miles of prepared and marked ski trails both south and north.
- Transport with Alpebuss: In winter, the road to Korgfjellet is closed, and Korgfjellet Mountain Lodge offers transport with Alpebuss up to the lodge.
Hikes with Children
- Murfjellet: On this local trail, children can see small, cute animal figures created by children and young people, as part of a collaborative project.
- The Lean-to Shelter: An accessible and short walk that is also suitable for wheelchairs, rollators, and strollers.
